Consultancy & Inspection Services
SeaTec Repair Services provide various consultancy and inspection services including Class Records Inspections, Condition Surveys, Pre-purchase Inspection Surveys, underwater surveys and damage surveys on all types of vessels. Small to large ranging across the board from bunker barges and private yachts to bulkers, container ships, gas carriers and tankers.
Where possible and appropriate prior to such inspections we recommend a careful inspection of class records, which we can also carry out, as it can provide invaluable pointers to the surveyor attending on board.
Surveys can be arranged at short notice and our experienced staff can normally provide a a full written report with photographs within 24 hours and inspection.
Underwater condition and pre-purchase and damage surveys can also be arranged with live on deck video links / monitoring for attending classification surveyors and other interested personnel.
Working in partnership with our associate’s world wide we can also provide various underwater repair services.
In conjunction with our UTM (ultrasonic thickness measurement) surveys which highlighted elsewhere we can also provide principals with steel renewals specifications.
