CRUISE VESSEL CONDITION MONITORING SURVEY - PACT FOCUS SeaTec Condition Monitoring carried out a PACT Condition monitoring survey on the ISLAND ESCAPE. We found the survey to be very useful. It immediately identified several serious issues, both mechanical and electrical in nature. We were able to correct the most serious defects during the SeaTec visit and the corrected items were then verified to be operating correctly. We have since rectified all the remaining defects that were found during this inspection. The survey reassured us concerning the operation of some machinerey that was to be opened during the forthcoming dry-docking, ahead of the planned maintenance but 'just in case' there were defects. The anticipated high cost of these inspections was avoided as the machinery was found to be operating perfectly. We expect the vessel will now achieve a higher degree of reliability as a direct result of this survey. The survey is very good value for money. It prevented several imminent and costly breakdowns on the vessel and allowed us to avoid the expense of opening machinery that did not need it.

CRUISE VESSEL (YACHT) WITH SAILS CONDITION MONITORING SURVEY - PACT FOCUS Good Day, We used PACT Services on board CLUB MED 2. The assesment of equipment was very usefull and we could plan maintenance on equipment on several month, avoiding breakdown of numerous equipment. The survey was carried out before dry-dock and through analysis, we were able to focus on equipment to be overhauled during dry dock insteadd of systematic ovehaul, saving a lot of money Best Regards

CRUDE OIL TANKER CONDITION MONITORING SURVEY - PACT FOCUS To whom it may concern This is to confirm that SeaTec's PACT Focus Condition Monitoring Service was carried out on M/T PLATRES technically managed by V.Ships Switzerland SA. Over a period of 5 days on the vessel a comprehensive and complete survey of the ship's systems was carried out that included Vibration Analysis, Thermal Imaging, Engine Performance, Specialized Oil Analysis and Ultrasonic Inspection. The service proved to be very good value and identified some significant defects that might not otherwise have been detected in time and could have had serious consequences. The undersigned has no doubt that the reliability of the vessel has been considerably improved by this service and I have no hesitation in recommending the PACT Focus Service provided by Dr. Chandroth, one of the foremost experts in condition monitoring of marine systems, and his Team. Based on the results on the M/T PLATRES, V.Ships Switzerland SA with Owners approval have decided to carry out the service on other ships in the fleet.

LPG CARRIER CONDITION MONITORING SURVEY - PACT FOCUS With reference to your request for some feed back on the work done on the LPG carrier GALILEO: In total 72 serious defects were identified including mechanical and electrical problems. We were able to rectify most of these problems in a short time while the more difficult ones were scheduled for the next docking. I am happy to say that I thought this service was highly beneficial saving us money by helping us avoid breakdowns. I believe that the benefits of the survey far outweighed the fees. Many of the faults detected during the survey could have developed into major problems on board including reduced cargo transfer capability, fire, detention and accidents. I would certainly recommend that the PACT Focus service be used on board other vessels in the fleet, particularly as a pre-dry docking exercise. Best Regards
